I had a lipoma (a growth of fat cells in a thin, fibrous capsule usually found just below the skin) removed from upper arm which was quite large in size and noticeable by others. At times I was getting embarrassed as friends were always used to query what it was. I was also getting worried as no one was able to offer suitable help and advice until I called patient co-ordinator at Nu Cosmetic. Straight away I was offered convenient time to come in for a consultation with one of their expert doctors. I was advised to get it removed and was given 2 weeks to think about it before the treatment. They were very adamant that they will not remove it in a rush.
Finally, I had removed it with Mr Verri. I was operated in Liverpool Nu’s own theatre under local anaesthetic which was nicer than I thought it would be initially. The scar is tiny in comparison. I am not sure how he got it out with such a small scar. Scar is very neat and fantastic now and barely visible. It was painless and staffs were wonderful and friendly. Certainly, I will recommend Nu to anyone who are facing similar problem.
