The final part six of our series following Angela O´Callaghan´s journey of a face and neck lift explains her final thoughts. Dr Rochira met with Angela to discuss her progress. After the three month milestone, it was noted that the procedure was a complete success with no problems or complications. Dr Rochira had met with Angela twice before (on the second and fourth weeks).
´My journey was good. The operation was not as painful as I had expected. I took some painkillers but not a lot.´ This meant not only was Angela happy with the final result, but also the healing time and aftercare. Our customer care does not end when the patient is discharged from the hospital. ´After care is important. If there is ever a problem, you can call them and come in. That´s what it´s about. It´s is essentially a great service at the end of the day, and that´s what I’m here to tell you.
